- Scientists have found that even short-term intake of omega-3 improves egg quality (oocytes)1
- Another study determined the relationship between omega-3 and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH). IN as a woman approaches menopause, the level of FSH increases. Therefore, high levels of FSH are common considered as a sign of ovarian aging. In a 2019 study, scientists found that the reception Omega-3 reduces the level of FSH by almost 30%2.
- A 2015 study looked at the relationship between endometriosis and omega-3 levels in women who underwent IVF. In women with a high level of EPA omega-3 in the blood, the probability of development endometriosis is 82% lower than in women with a low level of EPA3.
