Delivery and payment
After receiving the order, we will process it in the near future and confirm with a call or message. Our customer care department is open Mon. – Fri. 9:00 – 18:00, Sat. 12:00-14:00.
Delivery is carried out using the transport company Nova Poshta to all cities of Ukraine.
Delivery to a branch/ post office/ by courier at the carrier’s rates.
Free delivery to the branch/post office is possible if you have a promo code (please check the details with the manager).
If the order is placed before 4:00 p.m., shipping will be on the same day. If placed after 4:00 p.m., shipping will be on the next business day.
Payment for the Goods is made as follows:
- by advance payment in non-cash form via the WayForPay payment system
- by advance payment in non-cash form
- upon receipt of the goods at the place of delivery by the postal operator/courier (the commission for the transfer of funds is paid by the buyer).
In accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, namely Appendix No. 3 to the Resolution of the CMU dated 19.03.94 No. 172 “On the protection of consumer rights” defines a list of goods of proper quality that cannot be exchanged (returned). In particular, the following products are not subject to return by the Buyer to the Seller: food products, medicinal products and means, sanitary items, etc. Accordingly, the funds paid by the Buyer for such goods are also not subject to return to the Buyer. Please take this into account when placing an order.
