FertylMen Plus – Improving Sperm Quality
The combination of L-carnitine and L-arginine, enhanced with a complete set of B vitamins for a comprehensive effect on spermatogenesis.
Contributes to the improvement of sperm indicators - increases the number and mobility of spermatozoa, protects spermatozoa from oxidative stress, increases the chances of conception.- About FertilMen® plus

Reasons.
Fertility decline is caused by many factors:
- Diseases of the organs of the genitourinary system (for example, varicocele, prostatitis, epididymitis, STD).
- Living near industrial zones, working in hazardous production.
- Acceptance of certain groups of drugs.
- Irregular nutrition.
- Smoking, alcohol or drug use.
- Frequent visits to the sauna, excessive heating of the car seat.
- Wearing tight underwear, etc.
Low fertility manifests itself:
- insufficient sperm motility (Asthenozoospermia)
| Norm | Asthenozoospermia |
|---|---|
- low sperm concentration (oligozoospermia)
| Norm | Oligozoospermia |
|---|---|
- incorrect structure of spermatozoa (Teratozoospermia)
| Norm | Teratozoospermia |
|---|---|
Spermatogenesis (biological process of formation and maturation of spermatozoa) is
complex and
a very sensitive process.
It lasts about 72-75 days.
During this period, spermatozoa need
supply of amino acids, trace elements and vitamins important for their proper development.
Regular intake of these substances in the necessary concentrations (doses) can improve fertility and restore the male's reproductive function.
FertilMan® plus was created by British scientists to improve male fertility.
L-arginine promotes the synthesis of nitric oxide, which dilates blood vessels and improves blood supply to the testicles.
L-arginine increases levels of growth hormone and testosterone, which helps improving the sexual function and libido of a man.
Energy metabolism.
High doses of L-carnitine and coenzyme Q10 support the energy potential of spermatozoa, contributing to the improvement of their mobility and viability.
Antioxidant protection. Antioxidants protect against oxidative stress and help preserve the genetic integrity of sperm, increasing the mobility of spermatozoa and increasing their chances of reaching the egg for fertilization.
Neurohumoral regulation.A complete set of B vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9 and B12) supports proper neurohumoral regulation of spermatogenesis, especially in conditions of permanent stress.
- Increasing the volume of sperm
- Increasing the number (concentration) of spermatozoa
- Increasing sperm motility
- Decreasing the number of pathological forms of spermatozoa
In Ukraine the effectiveness of FertilMen® plus was confirmed in a study based on the "Medical Treatment Center infertility" (Chernivtsi) under the supervision of the president of the Ukrainian Association of Reproductive Medicine, Doctor of Medicine, Professor O.M.

The dose can be increased on the recommendation of the doctor.
Substances that have a positive effect on spermatogenesis must enter the body during this entire period.
Therefore, the optimal duration of the admission course is from 3 months.
In the future, the term of use should be agreed with the doctor.
You can also send us your question, which we will answer as soon as possible.
Detailed interpretation of the spermogram and diagnosis is the task of the doctor.
However, you can get a general idea of the results of this analysis by reading the information below (WHO recommendations, 2010).
| Indicator | Value |
|---|---|
| Volume of ejaculate, ml | 1.5 and above |
| Total sperm count, million | 39 and over |
| Sperm concentration, million in 1 ml | 15 and over |
| Total sperm motility, % | 40 and over |
| Sperm with progressive movement, % | 32 and over |
| Viability, % | 58 and over |
| Morphology: normal forms, % | 4 or more |
The table lists the names and characteristics of the most common pathologies that can be detected by this analysis.
If you have already received a transcript of the ejaculate analysis from a specialist, but want to clarify the meaning of some terms, you will also find this information useful.
- Normozoospermia - indicators within normal limits
- Oligozoospermia - concentration of spermatozoa below normal (less than 15 million in 1 ml).
- Asthenozoospermia - decrease in the number of motile spermatozoa (less than 40% of category A + B and less than 32% of category A).
- Teratozoospermia - reduced number of spermatozoa of normal morphology (less than 4% of spermatozoa of normal shape).
- Oligoasthenoteratozoospermia - a combination of astheno-, oligo- and teratozoospermia (OAT syndrome).
- Necrozoospermia (necrospermia) - absence of live spermatozoa in the ejaculate.
- Azoospermia - absence of spermatozoa in the ejaculate.
- Aspermia - complete absence of sperm.
- Oligospermia - insufficient volume of ejaculate (less than 1.5 ml).
- Leukocytospermia (leucospermia or pyospermia) - increased content of leukocytes in semen (more than 1 million/ml).
- 1st stage - preliminary - it is necessary to exclude factors that
negatively affect a man's reproductive health.
This stage in each specific case can last a different time: from several days to six months.
After completing the previous stage, you can proceed directly to preparation for conception. - 2nd stage - preparation for conception - this stage lasts 3 months (sperm maturation period) and is aimed at obtaining high-quality sperm.
- Get tested for sexually transmitted diseases, HIV, hepatitis B and C.
Some of them are asymptomatic.
These diseases can be transmitted to the expectant mother and cause abortion or severe fetal malformations. - Do a spermogram if you have reasons to doubt your reproductive capabilities
(eg, childhood mumps, work in hazardous production, etc.).
Before this analysis, it is necessary to refrain from sex (including masturbation) for 3-4 days.
A spermogram can help assess your fertility (ability to have healthy offspring). - Visit an andrologist to make sure that there are no diseases in which conception is unlikely and which require only operative methods of treatment (varicocele, hydrocele, inguinal hernia, obliteration of the vas deferens due to infectious diseases or injuries, etc.)
- Take a therapeutic examination (general examination, clinical blood test,
fluorography / X-ray).
Such diagnostics are necessary to detect and cure chronic infectious diseases that can be transmitted to the expectant mother and child.
Some diagnostic methods of examination can have a negative effect on male reproductive abilities, so conception should occur no earlier than 3 months after such an examination.
It is quite common for sexually weak men to have good sperm counts, and vice versa, for sexually active men to have low or no sperm.
According to the literature, the number of spermatozoa in the ejaculate, their mobility can vary several times even in the same man, depending on the period of abstinence from sex, the intensity of physical or emotional stress.
Long-term abstinence - from six months or more - definitely has a negative effect on a man's reproductive function.
Against its background, stagnant phenomena can occur, which contribute to the development of various infectious processes.
Experts consider an interval between sexual acts of 3-5 days to be optimal for conception.
By 3 days, spermatozoa simply do not have time to accumulate in the proper volume, and after 5 days they begin to age.
